Festive Season Support Arrangements

As you know the holiday season is upon us, along with the usual seasonal festivities and the often chaotic scheduling it brings. To that end, we wish to inform you that after Friday, December 14th, we will be enacting a 'Christmas Change Freeze' and will not be scheduling any new systems, broadband installations or configuration

As you know the holiday season is upon us, along with the usual seasonal festivities and the often chaotic scheduling it brings.

To that end, we wish to inform you that after Friday, December 14th, we will be enacting a ‘Christmas Change Freeze’ and will not be scheduling any new systems or broadband installations or accepting configuration changes to existing installations until the new year.

We’re activating this freeze to ensure no significant changes are introduced to current systems that have the potential to cause adverse effects during a busy period for staff and customers alike.

Of course, pre-agreed installations will be carried out as planned once they’ve already been scheduled with the engineering team.  Here are our support arrangements for the festive season.

Customers with Active Support and Maintenance Contracts

For customers with active support contracts, support staff will be on hand as usual right through the holidays to assist with any technical problems or issues.

Just log a ticket through our customer portal,  email us at support@intellicom.io or call the office on tel: (01) 556 6000.

 

Other Customers and Change Requests

Please notify us of any system or call flow changes you wish to make before 2pm on Wednesday 19th December to allow us to plan and schedule accordingly with you.

We cannot guarantee the timely completion of change requests made after this time.

Our offices will be closing at noon on December 24th and we’ll be back to business as usual for sales and technical services from Wednesday, 2nd January 2019.  As always, you can follow us on Twitter for the latest Intellicom network updates.
