Important Dates for your Diary

As you know the holiday season is upon us, along with the usual festivities and chaotic scheduling it brings. Here are some important dates you should take note of with regard to Intellicom support.

Friday 13th December – last day for new orders
While we’re delighted to accept orders at any time of the year, orders received after Friday 13th won’t be processed until we return in January.  This includes the scheduling of any new system deployments or broadband installations.

Tuesday 17th December at 12pm – last day for change requests
This is the cut-off date for customer change requests.  This includes configuration changes to existing installations, system diverts, call flow changes and opening hours messages.

Friday 20th December – network freeze comes into effect
We activate this freeze to ensure no significant changes are introduced to current systems that have the potential to cause adverse effects during a busy period for staff and customers alike.

Monday, December 23rd – Intellicom office closes
We re-open on Monday, 6th January.  However, it’s important to note that while the office is officially closed during this time, our support desk will be staffed and operated as normal.
