Intellicom beefs up its operation with two senior hires

Indigenous business telephony and contact centre solutions provider, Intellicom today announced the appointment of two senior hires to its team.  Vivienne Neeson joins as business development manager with responsibility for driving channel and end-user sales of enterprise telephony and contact centre systems.

Morgan Emmett joins as operations manager, serving as a vital link between Intellicom’s sales and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment of telephony solutions for the company’s growing business customer base.

These hires further bolster our existing teams based across two offices in Dublin and Birr, Co Offaly and also our new UK office based in Gloucester.

Commenting on the appointments, Neil Wisdom, managing director said:

“We’re delighted to have individuals of the calibre of Vivienne and Morgan join the team.  Their vast industry experience and extensive skillsets bring the quality of expertise that our growing business demands.”

Vivienne Neeson has over 25 years’ experience in sales and business development, having worked primarily in the technology sector.  She most recently held the role of sales support team lead with cybersecurity specialist, Integrity360, where she worked into blue-chip, enterprise accounts.  Prior to this, Vivienne was sales and marketing manager with Citrix and cybersecurity house, Futurerange.  Vivienne has also held sales roles with Datapac, BT eir and Cable and Wireless.

Morgan Emmett joins the team from 11890, the directory enquiry and social media monitoring service where he spent 12 years as operations director.  Prior to this, Morgan worked with Swiss telco, Swisscom where he had responsibility for wholesale voice and data, and bilateral agreements in the international team.

Morgan also spent a number of years in the UK’s Band-X, where he served as interconnect manager for voice and data and subsequently built the point-to-point international networks team.  Morgan also has over 25 years’ experience in the technology industry with similar roles in Global Crossing and Interroute.

Business at Intellicom has continued to grow strongly in recent times.  The company has reported a further 30% increase in revenue and a similar uplift in profitability in its 2018 results.  The company has ambitious targets for 2019 and is already well on track to achieve those, with direct and indirect reseller contract wins across a number of industries including professional services, travel and hospitality, ICT and financial services.
