Intellicom adds telecoms nodes in US to service international customers

Intellicom today announced the addition of a US telecoms node, specifically designed to service international customers in the United States and Canada.

Indigenous business telephony and contact centre solutions provider, Intellicom today announced the addition of a US telecoms node, specifically designed to service international customers in the United States and Canada.

This follows the recent addition of a node in Singapore, giving Intellicom true global reach stretching from the Americas to Asia.

Commenting on the development, Neil Wisdom, managing director with Intellicom said:

“Intellicom’s international business has grown strongly in recent times. With local telecoms nodes, we can better service our international clients by providing them with nodes that are closer to the end client.  Our priority is always service excellence and our expansion to US and Asian markets supports that philosophy.”

Intellicom has a number of international clients including indigenous ophthalmic software provider, Ocuco.  Ocuco’s North American platform is serviced from Intellicom’s US node and provides the kind of latency-free connectivity the company requires for high-performance voice traffic.
