The methodology chosen and extensively utilised by the Intellicom Project Management Office (PMO), is PRINCE2. This methodology is sensibly adapted and tailored to manage the variable levels of risk, scale and complexity associated with any individual project – be it development, delivery and commissioning of a customised solution or installation and training on one of our standard intellicom | intune Telephony platform solutions.
The Intellicom Project Manager (PM) will co-ordinate a number of further Team Managers who will supervise the individual work packages for each stage of any significant Installation project. The Intellicom Project Manager will co-ordinate Team Managers from within Intellicom, the customer organisation and from any relevant 3rd party suppliers or vendors. The Intellicom PM will also act as the single point of contact for the customer during the life cycle of the project. This will be identified in the Project Organisational structure developed during the initiation stage.
Installation and Testing for any project is carried out by the appropriate number of qualified and experienced staff drawn from a pool of regionally based engineers, consultants and associates. Many of our engineers have qualifications and accreditations unique to the industry in Ireland and we ensure team members are trained and kept up to date with developing technologies and services from our internal development team and external suppliers and partners alike.
