All services are delivered by a team of highly skilled and experienced regional engineers all of whom have been trained to appropriate levels to ensure we can provide prompt and efficient support services on all of our products on a National basis. 

Many of our engineers and consultants have advanced vendor qualifications and accreditations unique to the industry as well as recognised certifications in the areas of Project Management, Quality Assurance and Service Desk management. Intellicom also work with and through a wide range of regional iChannel partners who provide additional local in-country customer support as and where required.
